Refund Policy - MerciMedical Spa

At MerciMedical Spa, we strive to provide exceptional services and ensure our clients are satisfied with their experiences and results. Due to the nature of our treatments and procedures, which are often customized and irreversible, we have established the following Refund Policy:

1. Non-Refundable Services

  • Payments for completed treatments and procedures are non-refundable, as results are subjective and vary depending on individual circumstances.

  • Customized treatments and medical procedures are non-transferable and non-refundable once performed.

2. Prepaid Packages and Deposits

  • Prepaid packages are non-refundable but may be applied toward other services at the discretion of Dr. Rizzo and the management team.

  • Deposits for appointments are non-refundable but can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice.

3. Product Returns

  • Products purchased at MerciMedical Spa are eligible for return or exchange only if unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase, accompanied by a receipt.

  • Opened or used products are not eligible for return due to safety and hygiene regulations.

4. Dissatisfaction with Results

  • If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of a treatment, we encourage you to schedule a follow-up consultation with Dr. Rizzo. We are committed to addressing your concerns and may offer adjustments or touch-ups, if deemed appropriate, at a reduced cost or free of charge, based on professional discretion.

  • Refunds will not be provided based solely on dissatisfaction with results, as outcomes may vary.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice will forfeit any deposit paid.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may incur a fee equivalent to the full cost of the scheduled service.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

  • Refunds or credits may be issued in exceptional cases, such as medical emergencies or unforeseen complications, at the sole discretion of Dr. Rizzo and the management team.
